Privacy Notice
What Xolii may collect
Xolii requires an account for the interactive app. Xolii may process your email address or sign-in provider identifier, account ID, selected region and language, business context, plans, recommendations, saved stories, feedback, local-resource requests, support interactions, and technical/security records reasonably needed to operate the service. Password authentication is handled by Supabase Auth; Xolii's application database does not store your raw password. Public editorial stories, public storefronts, legal pages, and the public privacy-request form may remain available without signing in. If you voluntarily use a messaging channel, Xolii may process the contact information and messages needed for that interaction.
Why Xolii uses information
Xolii uses information to provide and sync your plan, personalize choices you explicitly select, provide requested resources and support, secure and debug the service, improve the beta, and comply with legal obligations. Xolii should not infer ethnicity, Indigenous identity, tribal affiliation, immigration status, religion or another sensitive identity from your region, language or phone number.
Sale, sharing and targeted advertising
Xolii does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and targeted advertising is not enabled. If that changes, the notice and required controls must change before the practice begins.
Service providers and third parties
Xolii currently relies on infrastructure or services that may include Netlify for web hosting/functions, Supabase for authentication/database services, Google or another configured authentication provider, and other vendors only when a feature is activated. Government, nonprofit, community and third-party resource links are external sites with their own privacy practices.
Retention and security
Xolii aims to keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, security, legal obligations or an active user request. Xolii uses administrative and technical controls such as row-level database permissions, server-only secrets for privileged operations, HTTPS through the hosting platform, and data minimization. No online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Where applicable, users may request access, correction or deletion of personal information and exercise applicable opt-out rights. Xolii provides in-product privacy-request tools for signed-in users and a no-account privacy-request form. The public form is handled by Xolii’s Supabase server-side function rather than exposing privileged database credentials in the browser. Requests may require reasonable identity verification before access, correction, or deletion is completed. A final public privacy/support contact must still be added before broader public launch.
Browser privacy signals
Xolii does not currently use cross-context behavioral advertising or sell/share personal information for that purpose. If Xolii later becomes subject to an opt-out preference signal requirement, including Global Privacy Control where applicable, it must honor that signal for the covered practice.
California
California users receive the disclosures in this notice. If Xolii later becomes subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, Xolii must provide the additional required notices, request methods and opt-out mechanisms before conducting any covered sale/sharing practice. Xolii intends to provide core access/correction/deletion controls even before those obligations apply.
Mexico
Mexico's private-sector data-protection law requires an appropriate privacy notice for personal-data collection. Xolii has added a simplified collection notice to account saving, but the final legal operator identity and domicile remain a launch blocker for broad public Mexico account enrollment. Paid commerce in Mexico remains disabled pending consumer, tax, payment and communications review.
Children
Xolii private-beta accounts are limited to adults 18 and older. Public informational articles may be readable without an account. Xolii is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
Material changes to this notice will receive a new version/effective date and, where required, a new notice or consent mechanism.
Terms of Use
Private-beta service
Xolii is an evolving, AI-assisted private-beta service. Features, recommendations and availability may change. The service may contain errors. Xolii does not guarantee revenue, customers, financing, permits, approvals, search rankings, business success or a particular legal/tax result.
AI-assisted recommendations
Xolii uses AI-assisted systems to organize information, generate explanations and suggest possible next steps. AI output can be incomplete, incorrect or outdated. Xolii does not present the system as a government official, attorney, accountant, licensed adviser or human caseworker. Users should verify regulated requirements with the current official source or qualified professional.
No professional advice
Xolii may explain official resources and general processes, but it is not a law firm, accounting firm, government agency, financial adviser or licensed professional unless a specific engagement explicitly says otherwise. For regulated decisions, confirm current requirements with the responsible agency or qualified professional.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for information you submit, reviewing recommendations before acting, maintaining lawful business practices, checking current official sources for time-sensitive requirements, and complying with laws that apply to your activity. Do not use Xolii for fraud, harassment, unlawful discrimination, worker misclassification, deceptive marketing, unauthorized access or other illegal conduct.
Your content and Xolii output
You retain rights you have in content you provide. You give Xolii permission to process that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure and improve the service under this notice. AI-generated or AI-assisted output should be reviewed before publication or business use. Third-party names, trademarks and linked materials remain subject to their owners' rights.
Availability and warranties
The private beta is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Xolii does not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free output. Nothing in these terms waives rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Electronic acceptance
When you create an account, Xolii uses an affirmative clickwrap: the Terms and Privacy Notice are linked immediately beside the required checkbox, and the accepted document versions and timestamp are recorded. No wet-ink signature is required for the free beta account. Paid Taller work uses a separate project agreement or statement of work.
No earnings guarantees
Xolii and Taller provide education, software guidance and implementation services. They do not promise guaranteed earnings, guaranteed customers, guaranteed markets, exclusive territories, buybacks or guaranteed business success. Any future earnings or performance claim must be legally reviewed and supported before publication.
Communications and Marketing
Account/security/service messages are separate from marketing. Marketing consent is never bundled into account creation. Automated promotional text or WhatsApp campaigns are disabled in the private beta. If marketing email is activated, Xolii must use accurate sender/subject information, include the sender's valid physical postal address as required, and offer a functioning opt-out. Automated marketing calls/texts require the consent and revocation process required by applicable law.
Payments, Prices, Renewals and Refunds
Real checkout is disabled during the private beta. Xolii Start and Build are free during the current beta. Taller may provide a non-binding range, but no payment should be collected until the user receives and accepts the final scope, total required Xolii/Taller price, third-party costs that are not included, payment terms, cancellation/refund rules and required disclosures.
Regional affordability
Future prices may differ by the confirmed business/service region, native currency, scope, cost to deliver and local economic conditions. Pricing must not be based on race, ethnicity, Indigenous identity, language, religion, gender or another protected characteristic.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
No paid recurring Xolii subscription is active. Before a California subscription is enabled, Xolii must implement clear automatic-renewal terms, express affirmative consent, required reminders/price-change notices, and easy cancellation, including online cancellation for online enrollment as required.
Total-price disclosure
Mandatory Xolii/Taller fees must be included in the displayed total price when required. Government taxes and permitted shipping charges may be handled separately as allowed by law, but must be disclosed before the customer commits.
Taller Project Agreements
Paid custom implementation must use a separate written statement of work or project agreement before work begins. At minimum it should identify the customer and provider; deliverables and exclusions; timeline/dependencies; final price and payment schedule; third-party subscriptions/fees; revision and change-order rules; ownership/licensing and handoff; customer-provided content/IP; cancellation/refund terms; accessibility scope where relevant; warranty/support period if any; and dispute/venue terms reviewed for the customer jurisdiction.
Xolii should not add a generic mandatory arbitration/class-action waiver merely as a defensive template. Any arbitration, liability limitation or similar risk-allocation clause should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the actual business entity, service and jurisdictions before use.
Accessibility
Xolii's engineering target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is a product target, not a certification or guarantee of legal compliance. Xolii uses semantic markup, keyboard access, visible focus, contrast review, text alternatives, reduced-motion support and manual/automated testing, and provides a way to report accessibility barriers. Read the Accessibility Statement or report a barrier.
Contact / operator information
Private-beta status: the final legal operator name, public business mailing address and public privacy/support contact have not yet been inserted into this document. Those items are launch blockers for broader public enrollment/marketing and for completing Mexico's full privacy notice. Do not replace this paragraph with invented information.
